Who we are
We are Space Studios Ltd. We trade under the names Mary Hopkin Music and Space Records, to sell music and promote activity by Mary Hopkin, Jessica Lee Morgan and related artists.
The data that we hold
Included in the data are your name, email address, and if you have bought CDs from us, your postal address and phone number. The GDPR classes your name as personal data. The email address, if it includes your name, is also classed as personal data. We don't hold payment details after transactions are completed.
Our sales are partly fulfilled by State51 who have their own privacy policy for our Greedbag store. You can read this here.
What do we do with the data
We will use the data to carry out direct email marketing. If we have your address we only use it to send you CDs, and because we don't like phone calls, we'll only phone you in very exceptional circumstances.
We keep this data under secure systems.
Where does the data come from
If you have bought music from us in the past, or expressed an interest in our activities, we have kept your email address or other details above.
Your right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that we carry out. You can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any emails we send you, or email us at mhm@spacestudios.co.uk.
We are the Data Controller in respect of this use of your data. You may ask for the data specific to your records.
